Mateo Alvaro

Mateo Alvaro, owner of Red Rhino powered by MD Construction, has been in the construction industry since 1986. With expertise from woodwork, indoor and outdoor renovations, he brings over 30 years of experience specializing in residential projects delivered on time and within budget. He brings that lifelong passion and a deep understanding of quality craftmanship to every project Mateo is dedicated to building lasting client relationships and creating beautiful, functional spaces. He values his team’s drive and passion, continually learning and embracing new ideas to ensure Red Rhino stands out in the industry.

Jay Alvaro  

The second oldest son, who has a passion for outdoor renovation. Experienced and driven Red Rhino team member with over seventeen years of experience in the construction industry. Work to please the client and aim to achieve 100% client satisfaction.
Proven track record of successfully working at Red Rhino for renovating and building projects, as well as designing/planning.
This brings forth the ability to lift heavy objects and operate many different types of machinery used in the building process. A devoted team member who’s always ready to utilize my expertise and achieve more building success. Utilized my skills and knowledge of hand and power tools to design and build.

Hello, my name is Oscar and I have been working for Red Rhino for 2 years. I can genuinely say that I really enjoy working with this company not only because we create and bring to life amazing projects for the clients we work for, but also because it has given me opportunities to learn many abilities withing myself. Hello, my name is Henry Lopez, and I have been working for Red Rhino for 3 years. When I first started with this company, I knew minimal skills to the big projects that we would work on. But with the help of my coworkers and bosses I have developed many skills which include machinery usage. I never saw myself working with such machines, but because of the support system I have acquired at work I have been able to learn these skills. I really enjoy how we work as a team and the projects we deliver after we finish the job. I look forward to learning more and working for Red Rhino.

Hello, my name is Danny Lopez, and I am more than happy to share my experience I have had with Red Rhino. I have been working for Red Rhino for 5 years and in this time I have been happily working with an ambitious group of people. The way we work and how we take care of projects has helped me learn skills such as how to work with pavers, cement, stucco and the list continues. The environment in this workplace encourages me to remain and learn more about the nature of our work.
